FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: temperature-controlled cryostatic device for magneto-optical analysis and measurement of current-voltage or photo current-voltage characteristics includes: a second helium vessel with a superconducting solenoid lying on a vertical axis and lying below the main cryogenic vessel and covered by locking device, on which there is an evaporator and a sensor for the level of the cryogenic liquid (when operating with nitrogen without a superconducting solenoid), and the main cryogenic vessel has valves for feeding cryogenic liquid or gas into the heat-exchanger of the temperature-control chamber lying below the helium vessel with a superconducting solenoid and has a horizontal optical channel with detachable window inlets for facilitating analysis in different spectral regions.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the cryostatic device owing to use of a two-vessel cryostat design for the main cryogenic liquid.
