SUBSTANCE: invention relates to liquid detergents based on nonionic surfactants and can be used for hand-washing any dishware and removing fat contaminants from equipment and surfaces in everyday life and on food companies. The liquid detergent contains the following in wt %: nonionic surfactant 5-18, low-molecular weight polyol 1-15, low-molecular weight alcohol 1-10, lipolytic enzyme 0.01-0.5, fatty acid diethanolamide 0.5-5, water - the balance.
EFFECT: efficient liquid detergent with low content of nonionic surfactant, which does not harm hand skin and can efficiently remove fat contaminants with an additional effect of cleaning and protecting pipes from fat deposits, as well as improved operation of septic tanks and treatment facilities.
