A door hinge for hidden installation between a door frame (1) and a door panel (2) comprises the first and second door assemblies (3, 3'), installed into slots (4, 4') in the end of the specified door panel (2) and in the specified door frame (1), a hinged mechanism (6) arranged from at least two parts and connecting the specified door assemblies (3, 3'), at least the specified first door assembly (3) comprises a base (11) and mount sections (5) for its installation on the specified door panel (2) or the specified door frame (1), arranged at the ends of the specified base (11), at the same time the position of the specified base (11) may be controlled relative to the specified mount sections (5), at the same time the specified hinged mechanism (6) rests on inserts (7), fixed in the specified base (11) of the specified first door assembly (3), at the same time position of the specified inserts (7) may be controlled in the first horizontal direction (X), orthogonal to the front surface of the specified first door assembly (3), relative to the specified base (11), and in the second horizontal direction (Y) in parallel to the specified front surface of the specified first door assembly (3) relative to the specified mount sections (5) at the specified ends.
