SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of lighting engineering. A protective sheet (PS) is deformed to the shape that protects a metal end (11P) of an inverter transformer (11), exposed in a gap between an inverter substrate (12) and a lighting chassis (43), under temperature below the deformation temperature. Under temperature above the deformation temperature, the protective sheet (PS) is deformed to the shape of displacement from the metal end (11P) of the inverter transformer (11), exposed in the gap between the inverter substrate (12) and the lighting chassis (43).
EFFECT: increased reliability through protection against possibility of insects ingress.
