FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used in metal thermal nesting machines for retaining large volume of metal sheets and removing sheet metal combustion products in oxygen and plasma nesting. Proposed table comprises lengthwise and crosswise vent channels and air-operated crosswise vent channel opening systems arranged in lengthwise channel. Such arrangement allows venting only zone of thermal nesting, hence, increasing blower efficiency. It is furnished with replaceable two-slope protective canopies secured above vent channels to protect vent channels from fused metal. Transverse vent channels have several elongated vent openings with expanded ends cross-section varying along vent channel length. Note here that said table incorporates extra interconnected sections to add to efficiency of thermal nesting zone use.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
