SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tool intended for fitting cutter in its holder and withdrawing it therefrom. Proposed tool comprises executor with release section and may displace in direction of displacement. Said executor may be shifted by adjusting unit. Note here that executor has pull-in section remote from release section and is located across direction of executor displacement. Executor may be driven by adjusting unit in two directions.
EFFECT: compact and simple tool.
