SUBSTANCE: device consists of a laser source of coherent radiation, an optical device which splits the beam from the laser source into a signal beam and a reference beam, an optical device which expands the signal beam, a spatial light modulator, a Fourier transform optical system, light-sensitive material and a mechanical positioning system. The laser source can perform time modulation of radiation flux. The optical device which splits the beam from the laser source has an element for forming a signal beam on whose surface there is a composite holographic element, an illumination holographic element and a holographic Fourier lens. The composite holographic element splits the beam from the laser source into a signal beam and a reference beam. The illumination holographic element transforms the signal beam incident on it. The holographic Fourier lens focuses the modulated signal beam incident on it in the plane of the light-sensitive material. The element for forming the reference beam performs the function of an optical delay line.
EFFECT: simple design and smaller size of the optical device for recording microholograms.
