SUBSTANCE: invention relates to prevention of unauthorised access to information stored in computer systems, especially terminal access systems. The result is achieved due to that at least one of the computers making up the computer system is equipped with a set of information security apparatus, comprising a stationary device and at least one mobile device which interact with each other when checking integrity of the software environment, wherein the image of the trusted operating system which is responsible for loading the verified software is persistently stored in nonvolatile memory circuits of one of said groups of interacting devices, wherein each group of legal users, distinguished by its functional responsibilities in the computer system - particularly ordinary users and system administrator - is provided with active mobile devices distinguished at least by software and adapted to their tasks, wherein images of the trusted operating system and the verified software are stored in the mobile device and are loaded before the operation over the network which links all computers in the computer system, and are not stored at the end of operation in computers not equipped with a stationary device.
