SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stage equipment, namely, to devices for raising and lowering scenery. The device comprises a rod for mounting on it a shaft for raising scenery by the upper edge of the scenery. The cables are connected to the shaft, their ends are connected to the rod. The shaft is made with drums with the possibility of winding the cable on them. In sites of cables, adjacent to the rod, the segments are installed, with the possibility of winding them on a shaft to form a cylindrical surface for winding the scenery.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption, simplified use, and extended functional capabilities.
