SUBSTANCE: invention relates to entertainment in water. Proposed means comprises hollow transparent torus chamber with seat, air pipelines, handles, round rail, and water-wheel vanes. Air pipelines have one end secured by handles and round rail between seat sides and other end secured through the circle of torus chamber at attachment points. Water-wheel vanes are connected with air pipelines.
EFFECT: simple design, longer stay underwater.
