FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: hydraulic actuator includes electric motor, hydraulic pump operated from drive shaft of electric motor, at least one friction coupling containing disc assembly and piston provided with possibility of action on disc assembly. The above piston is brought into action by means of hydraulic pump. Centrifugal control controlling a bypass valve connected to outlet oil port of hydraulic pump is connected to moving part of electric motor or hydraulic pump. Pressure control is performed by means of force of current supplied to electric motor or control of control of electric motor control.

EFFECT: improvement of mass and dimensions parameters and improvement of device reliability is provided.
