FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises stator that doubles as a case accommodating two rotors running on drive shafts. Every said rotor consists of two heads turned, relative to each other, through half the angle between grinding elements fitted on rotor head grooves. Two grinding elements are fitted vertically in feeder and two grinding elements are fitted horizontally at case bottom. All said grinding elements are arranged against the direction of rotor rotation. Grinding elements arranged in rotor heads may be directed in direction of rotor rotation whereat right rotor runs clockwise while left rotor runs counter clockwise. Or, grinding elements arranged in rotor heads may be directed in direction of rotor rotation whereat right rotor runs counter clockwise while left rotor run clockwise. Or, they may be directed in direction of rotor rotation whereat both rotors run either clockwise or counter clockwise. Two, or three, or four grinding elements are fitted in rotor head grooves. Blades or hammers fitted in rotor grooves, and anvils fitted in feeder and case are used as grinding elements.
EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency.
