SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural machinery industry, in particular to tillage working elements. The cultivator working element comprises a rack (1), A-hoe (3), a mouldboard (9) and a bracket (4). The bracket (4) is mounted on the rack (1). The bracket (4) is rigidly fixed to the holder (6) and the axis (7). On the axis (7) the chisel discs (8) and the mouldboard (9) are mounted with the ability to rotate freely. The chisel discs (8) and the mouldboard (9) are located on the axis (7) at equal intervals, and are made with an increasing diameter in the direction from the mouldboard (9) to the holder (6). Between the chisel discs (8) and the mouldboard (9) the flexible elements (10) of equal hardness and size are located.

EFFECT: embodiment of the cultivator working element enables to improve the quality of inter-row cultivation of tilled crops.
