SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a construction of a stand for toothpicks and a construction of its parts. The housing is made in the form of the outer membrane of the cavity and holders for toothpicks which are placed in the cavity. Each holder for a toothpick is made in the form of three racks contacting with each other that are mounted relative to each other to form an embedded cavity. The rack is made in the form of a peripheral part and the central part. The peripheral part is made in the form the surface membrane and the covering membrane attached to each other. The central part is made in the form of a clamp and filler. The clamp and the filler are mounted one behind another and communicated with each other. The filler is made in the form of separate crushed pieces of tobacco leaves which are located relative to each other to form a porous structure. The guide for a toothpick is made in the form of an embedded cavity through three racks which are mounted with the ability to contact with each other. The bearing surface for a toothpick is made in the form of parts of the outer surfaces of the membrane or in the form of parts of the outer surfaces of the surface membrane and parts of the outer surfaces of the covering membrane forming the boundary of the embedded cavity.
EFFECT: extension of range of technical means of the above mentioned purposes is provided, in addition, the rigidity of the stand and the proper orientation of toothpicks is provided.
