Wheel includes rim (1) with endless base (2) attached to it, at the periphery of which base tubular components are mounted (3). The endless base (2) has in its peripheral part two rows of cylindrical rings (4) split in their distanced from rim parts, which serves as mounting assemblies for tubular components (3). Tubular components (3) can be reinforced by rods or tubes (5).

EFFECT: invention is intended to increase wheel floatation.
