SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of manufacturing a fabric of elastic non-woven composite material (24) comprising the following steps: feeding and movement in the longitudinal direction (L) of the first layer of non-woven material (4, 4a), supply of plurality of elastic fibers (6), connection of a plurality of elastic fibers (6) with the first side (70) of the non-woven material (4, 4a) layer to obtain a composite material (14), hyperextension at least in some places of the first layer of non-woven material (4, 4a) in the longitudinal direction (L) due to passing the composite material (14) through the gap between two profiled intermeshing pulling rollers (15), whereby the composite material (14) is stretched in the longitudinal direction (L), and the elastic fibers (6) are arranged in the non-woven composite material so they are essentially oriented in the longitudinal direction (L), and have no more than 10 points of intersection with each other per cm². The invention also relates to a non-woven composite material obtained by this method, and to hygiene product in the form of drawers (60) comprising this non-woven composite material.
