MEMBRANE RING PUMP Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC F04B43/08

Abstract RU 2472032 C1

FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: pump can be used for operation in pneumatic or hydraulic systems, such as vacuum pump, as well as for pumping of gases or liquids at pressure difference in suction and discharge line of up to 0.1 MPa. Membrane ring pump includes rotor 3, on which elastic rollers 4 are arranged. Membrane 2 is constricted with plate 8 between inlet 9 and discharge 10 valves. Pump is equipped with wheel 6 rigidly fixed on shaft 5 between rollers 4, coaxially to rotor 3, and the diameter of which is larger than distance between external circles of elastic rollers 4, and flywheel 7. Rotor 3 is located on shaft 5 of pump on bearings.

EFFECT: increasing pump operability by ensuring its operating uniformity.
