SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely gastroenterology, allergology and immunology, and may be used for treating chronic gastroduodenitis associated with an infection caused by bacteria Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori). What is presented is a method of treating chronic gastroduodenitis associated with the infection caused by bacteria Helicobacter pylori in the patients with allergic diseases, involving a therapeutic course of eradication wherein the therapeutic course of eradication is preceded by prescribing the probiotic ecoflor and the immunomodulator tiloron with underlying permanent basic therapy of the allergic disease; the therapeutic course of eradication is also followed by prescribinf ecoflor and tiloron simultaneously. For the purpose of HP-infection eradication, there may be prescribed particularly clarithromycin, lansoprazole and metronidazole lymphotropically.

EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness of chronic gastroduodenitis associated with the infection caused by bacteria H Pylori in the patients with allergic diseases.
