METHOD OF LAUNCHING NANOSATELLITES PAYLOAD COPRODUCT AND DEVICE TO THIS END Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC B64G1/22 B64G1/64

Abstract RU 2472679 C1

FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space engineering and is intended for simultaneous ascent of several nanosatellites arranged on rocket carrier top stage. After separation of primary payload to safe distance, secondary nanosatellites are separated one after another. Launching of satellites is effected by pulse magnetic force induced by discharge of storage capacitor to inducer and converted in pulsed pressure required for their separation. Adapter for cluster launch comprises platform to support nanosatellite. Said adapter incorporates inductor composed of helical coil with transition plate adjoining active side thereof and nanosatellites located on other side. Inductor is connected via controlled discharger to power storage capacitor. Said capacitor is connected to output of HV discharge unit with its inputs connected to onboard supply circuit.

EFFECT: nanosatellites launch wit preset speed and direction.
