SUBSTANCE: self-organising computer system has a system module, several processors connected to memory devices and several communication modules whose inputs/outputs are the inputs/outputs of the system, a system-wide memory device which is connected similar to the system module, processors and communication modules to a triplex system-wide bus, memory devices are connected by a separate restoration bus, and an external action sensor which is connected by the output to a signal conditioner, the reset-launch output of which is connected to like inputs of processors, and the blocking output is connected to like inputs of memory devices.

EFFECT: faster operation of the computing device on each operating time interval in the main mode and restoration of the computation process in case of failure.
