FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to orthopedics. Passive orthopedic auxiliary means in form of foot prosthesis and orthosis contains first part, connected with possibility of rotation via rotary pivot with second part, sensor device for measurement of parameters, which make it possible to make conclusions about exploitation needs of auxiliary means at specific moment, connected with controlling device control for determination of exploitation needs and formation of respective controlling signals, controlled hydraulic shock-absorbing device, which can be used for changing influencing rotary motion between first and second parts resistance to motion. Damping device represents hydraulic cylinder of double action with two hydraulic chambers, separated from each other with piston. Hydraulic chambers are connected by two connective lines, which provide flow of hydraulic liquid only in opposite directions. Hydrodynamic resistance of lines is set control separately by means of own execution organ. Processor device is intended for determination of actual position of zero point by measured parameters of sensor device. Formation of controlling signals of hydrodynamic resistances takes place in both connective lines with respect to zero point position. Method of controlling said means lies in determination of zero point of rotary motion, starting with which, in case of cyclic process of motion, resistance to motion is determined in, at least, one direction of motion.
EFFECT: inventions ensure better adaptation to natural foot behaviour.
