SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerospace engineering and may be used for killing elastic vibrations of clustered rocket bodies. Point-to-point gyros are mounted in three-degree-of-freedom suspensions to measure angular position of the rocket. Speed gyros are mounted on rocket body or on clusters to measure angular velocity of rocket or warhead. Law of controlling rocket engine nozzle and warhead deflection is generated. Rocket engine nozzles or warhead engine nozzles are deflected relative to rocket central body.

EFFECT: reduced stresses, rocket weight, increased payload, expanded operating performances.
