FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: rolling cutter is fixed on a trunnion with a lock bearing made in the form of two shells contacting between each other along spherical surface. Internal shell is fixed on the trunnion, and external one is fixed on the rolling cutter. The peculiar feature of the proposed bearing structure is that external shell and trunnion are provided with several blind axial channels. Fasteners are installed in axial channels with possibility of radial movement, and rolling cutter and internal shell are provided with annular bores made on inner surface. Annular bores are combined with radial channels of external shell respectively. Besides, locking pins are provided with a spherical working head and can be located in different radial planes.
EFFECT: such design of the bearing structure allows simplifying its installation and improving its firmness and technical-and-economic performance of drilling operations.
