FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for testing radio stations of short-wave (HF) and ultra-short wave (VHF) ranges. HF-VHF radio station bench test consists of a dot-and-dash code sensor including a keyboard, and electronic unit and headphones, telephone radio channel quality evaluation unit including a telephone test signal sensor, a telephone test signal receiver and a counter of number of errors in the communication channel, a telegraph sensor including a device for shaping the transmitting combination of telegraph signal and analysing the received combination of telegraph signal, typesetter of transmitting combination of telegraph signal and device for processing, analysing and displaying the received combination of telegraph signal, switch of low-frequency (LF) channels, radio modem, receiving test radio circuit, which includes the first and the second receiving antennae, the first high-frequency (HF) switch, attenuator, signal separation unit, radio receiver of the tested channel (TC), radio receiver of reference channel (RC) of single reception and radio receiver of RC of double reception, which transmits the test radio circuit including TC radio transmitter, RC radio transmitter, the second HF switch, transmitting short-wave (HF) antenna and transmitting ultra-short wave (VHF) antenna.

EFFECT: improvement of characteristics of developed means of HF and VHF radio communication by means of integral evaluation of communication channel quality; reduction of development and manufacture time of new radio stations.
