SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery industry. The tillage working element comprises a rack with a flat hoe. The base with the stabiliser-ripper and ratchet disk is hingedly mounted on the flat hoe with its front part. On the base in its rear part a vertical cross-bar is rigidly fixed. On the vertical cross-bar an upper and lower ratchet disks are hingedly mounted, which are in mutual engagement and interact with the cut-off layer and the bottom of the furrow of the subsurface horizon, respectively.
