SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for tobacco fabric manufacture involving the following stages: division of tobacco fabric raw material into fibres and a solution, addition of a flavouring agent into the solution, blending the solution with the flavouring agents and fibres added to produce a mixture, the mixture drying to manufacture tobacco fabric, adjustment of moisture content in the tobacco fabric and Burley leaf tobacco, addition of a flavouring agent (other than the above one) into the tobacco fabric and Burley leaf tobacco with adjusted moisture content for secondary flavouring treatment, addition of flavoured leaf tobacco of another kind (other than the tobacco fabric and Burley leaf tobacco) for cut tobacco manufacture and cut tobacco or cut tobacco mixture wrapping into wrapping paper.
