FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: implemented in the proposed device hardware is the Hamming algorithm for noise-resistant coding; for this purpose three modulo 2 folding circuits, a decryptor and four controlled inverters are introduced into the conventional basic device containing a two-digit riverside binary counter, control, reverse and stroke pulse buses, an exclusive OR element and two inverters. Implemented in the new device hardware is a ratio linking the counter codes to those of information and check bits as well as the syndrome codes. In case of no errors the syndrome code is equal to zero; in case of an error it corresponds to such error address whereby the decryptor and the controlled inverters correct the erroneous bit to ensure the distributer regular operation both in the absence and in the presence of individual faults.
EFFECT: reliability improvement.
