SUBSTANCE: basic station sends alarm information for each service in accordance with a schedule, which includes a period of repetition and a period of modification. Alarm information is sent in each period of repetition to provide for the possibility for wireless devices to quickly receive this information. Changes in critical alarm information are permitted in the beginning of each period of modification, which is an integer-valued multiplier of the repetition period. Every time, when critical alarm information for this service changes in the period of modification, an indicator of a notice for a service is established in the entire preceding period of modification, in order to notify wireless devices about a future change. Wireless devices may detect a notice indication established in the preceding period of modification, and may find updated critical alarm information in the next period of modification.
EFFECT: efficient reception of alarm information for services of broadcasting transfer and group transfer.
