FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: device for protecting footwear from sliding is made detachable and consists of elastic toe part and sides, and is characterised by the fact that device for protecting footwear against sliding has shape of angular profile with horizontal and vertical shelves, made from resilient elastic material, for instance, polyurethane; on horizontal, external side of shelf placed is device of slip resistance of zigzag shape, located on entire shelf length and consisting of working part, which has cutting edges, increasing coefficient of sliding friction when they come in contact with the surface, and which possesses property of elasticity in bending strain, working part is connected to shelf material in process of hardening during manufacturing and fixation of article to footwear is performed by application with internal sides of shelves, tight, with some stretching on entire perimetre of footwear of sole and fixation of article position by means of lock, installed on article ends, with preliminary individual fitting of article to footwear sole size, as well as connection to each other of angular profiles, located on footwear sides, with bridge; removal of article from footwear is performed by detachment of article ends by means of lock or direct taking off from footwear.
