METHOD OF IDENTIFYING PSYCHOPATHOLOGICAL NATURE OF SEXUAL DISORDER IN WOMEN WITH CHRONIC SALPINGOOPHORITIS Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC A61B5/00

SUBSTANCE: method relates to medicine, namely to psychiatry, gynecology and can be used in therapy of sexual disorders in women with chronic salpingoophorites (CSO). During first visit to obstetrician-gynecologist the following facts are determined: presence of pain during sexual intercourse in patient, avoidance of sexual activity, decreased libido, aversion to sexual intercourse, dulling of orgasm; if only complaints on pains during sexual intercourse are determined, sexual disorder of organic genesis is diagnosed, treatment is performed by obstetrician-gynecologist; if complaints include avoidance of sexual activity, decreased libido, aversion to sexual intercourse, dulling of orgasm and long, to 3 months treatment by obstetrician-gynecologist does not eliminate sexual problems, conclusion about suspected psychopathological nature of sexual disorder is made, patient is sent to sexologist or psychologist, further treatment of such patients is performed by doctors of two specialties - sexologist and obstetrician-gynecologist. If woman complains on avoidance of sexual activity without decrease of libido, dulling of orgasm, presence of aversion to sexual intercourse, which does not disappear for three months of treatment by gynecologist, conclusion about presence of psychopathological nature of sexual disorder is made.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to identify nature of sexual disorder in women with CSO in a reliable way.
