SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industry of construction materials and deals with composition of glazes for application on ceramic articles of decorative and artistic purpose and household items. Charge composition of glaze includes, wt %: pegmatite 28.0-32.0; quartz sand 46.5-50.5; borax 3.0-4.0; soda ash 3.0-4.0; strontium carbonate 1.0-1.5; dolomite 1.0-1.5; boric acid 3.0-4.0; alumina 3.0-4.0; bone ash 4.0-6.0. Glaze waterprofness - II hydrolytic class. Glaze cooking is performed at temperature 1500°C.

EFFECT: increase of glaze waterproofness.
