FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: treatment method of a part with galvanic coating involves coating of the part with radical-forming substance and further dehydrogenation of the coating. Dehydrogenation is performed with simultaneous diffusion molecular reinforcement by arranging the part in the furnace, heating to initial thermal decomposition temperature of radical-forming substance and exposure at that temperature till the coating dehydrogenation process is completed.
EFFECT: improving wear resistance of galvanic coatings subject to dehydrogenation without any additional time consumptions for strengthening treatment of parts.
