FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: wide-span frameless multi-layer arched insulated building comprises arched sections with an insulant from polyurethane foam, combined along upper layer by folded locks, and along lower layers - with sheet metal strips. Gaps between arched sections are filled with lamels of a basalt slab. The arched section comprises upper and lower layers of thin-sheet cold-bent profiles, with a polyurethane insulant between them. The lower layer of the arched section comprises arched metal profiles with smaller thickness of the metal sheet, extreme profiles are combined with medium profiles by seaming of folded locks, there are no external locks at extreme profiles. The upper layer of the arched section comprises the same quantity of arched metal profiles as the lower layer with a higher thickness of the sheet, combined by seaming of folded locks, the extreme profiles have external folded locks. Metal profiles of arches are formed from rolls of galvanised or painted thin-sheet metal. In the space between layers of the sheet material there is polyurethane foam filled.
EFFECT: increased load-carrying capacity of an arched building.
