FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: engineering and technical structure comprises bearing stands and a protective web joined with them. It additionally contains a hardware cabinet arranged inside the territory fenced with the protective web and comprising a system of autonomous reserve supply, and a connected climatic system of control of the system of autonomous reserve supply, joined with a power supply grid, also it contains a linear radiowave annunciator, a receiver and a transmitter of which are arranged on the stands inside the area fenced with the protective web, and are connected with the hardware cabinet and a sensitive cable element with a receiving unit, being a triboelectric sensor connected with the hardware cabinet, and the receiving unit of the triboelectric sensor has controlled sensitivity.
EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency of protection, provision of uninterrupted operation of electronic recording equipment under any external climatic conditions and in case of unstable operation of grid power supply or temporary absence of such, higher reliability of protection of a hardware cabinet and all electronic equipment and increased universality of a device.
