FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, biology, pediatrics. Exercise therapy in lying on back, stomach position with exercises "traction", "swimming", "bicycle", "scissors", "holding", rotation of arms in standing position, squatting, bending, deep inhalations with arm lifting and exhalations with their abrupt lowering are performed for 6 months daily. Four courses of massage, with each including 25 30-minute long sessions are performed, with impact of back surface, trapezius muscles, elevation in the area of thoracic scoliosis, long muscles of back, lumbar concavity, pulling by iliac crest. Used are techniques of stroking, comb-like rubbing, pincers-like petrissage, uninterruptable labile vibration. Area of lumbar concavity, intercostal space are massaged with pulling angles of scapulas from spine concavity, shoulder girdle, muscles above scapulas, subclavicular and supraclavicular regions, area of pectoral muscles - rubbing, petrissage, interrupted vibration, percussion techniques, on anterior abdominal wall - comb-like rubbing, petrissage, interrupted percussive vibration. Swimming is performed in the morning and in the evening daily for 30 minutes.

EFFECT: method ensures complete correction of erythrocyte antioxidant defence, elimination of risk of microrheological disorders in children of said group, in particular, microthromboses.
