SUBSTANCE: proposed cartridge comprises case, projectile with device for fastening on target, projectile propellant, coil from electric conductor with one end attached to projectile and opposite end secured to projectile accelerating tray. Coil is arranged in shell rigidly jointed with tray while aforesaid attachment represents a readily detachable joint.

EFFECT: higher efficiency thanks to higher in-flight stability of projectile.
