SUBSTANCE: voltage relay includes a storage capacitor, a semiconductor switch, a control unit of semiconductor switch consisting of resistance voltage divider and reference voltage source made on a stabilitron tube, and an actuating electromagnetic relay. Semiconductor switch control unit includes transistor of the first conductivity type and a resistor. Semiconductor switch is made on the transistor of the second conductivity type, the base of which is connected to collector of additional transistor.

EFFECT: increasing sensitivity and temperature stability of voltage relay.
