FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to biotechnology and may be used in medicine, particularly in oncology. What is presented is a method for creating a library of recombinant proteins presented by src loop and RT loop mutant forms of SH3 domain, used to produce a library of a phage display containing more than 1 bln mutant derivatives of a natural sequence of SH3-domain of the given enzyme. As a result of screening of the derived library for the presence of recombinant proteins binding the ligand of concern, a protein is produced that is characterised by high affinity of binding to extra domain B of fibronectin. The new protein is used to construct fused proteins, as well as chemical derivatives which along with the fused protein under the invention, contain pharmaceutically and/or diagnostically active ingredients.

EFFECT: there are presented various versions of application of the new binding protein and its derivatives as diagnostic and therapeutic agents, particularly applied for diagnosing and treating malignancies.
