FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises plasma-electrolytic oxidation of titanium substrate in aqueous electrolyte that contains in g/l: sodium phosphate 10-15, cobalt nanoparticles 1.0-1.5, and sodium dodecyl sulfate 1.0-0.2 in galvanostatic conditions at current density of 0.05-0.2 A/cm2 for 10-20 min with subsequent processing by centrifugation in aqueous suspension containing 55-60 wt % of ultrafine PTFE and 8.0-8.5 wt % of dry PTFE of the product of processing the mix of mono- and dialkyl phenol by ethylene oxide, and annealing at 360-370°C at 10-15 min.
EFFECT: higher rustproof properties, longer life.
