FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: method consists in production of values of orthogonal projections of one vector to direction of another vector of two single-frequency electric signals on the basis of using an operation of multiplication of three factors, every of which is an electric signal, at the same time a certain non-sinusoidal electric signal is generated, containing a permanent component, which is identified by the available method. The value of the identified permanent component is definitely related to one of the projections of one vector to the direction specified by the vector of another one of two single-frequency harmonic electric signals. Depending on which projections are identified and for which of two vectors, in the method there are requirements specified to each of three factors.

EFFECT: increased accuracy and performance.
