FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to making a part with channel to be assembled from separate components that features initial ID invariable aster assembly of split parts. In compliance with this method, at least one bore is drilled n the wall of tubular structure to cross the point whereat, afterward, cut is to be made through tubular structure wall. Thread is cut is said bore. Tubular structure is cut in transverse direction through said bore and thread. Threaded fastener is screwed in said bore. Bore thread pitch and that of fastener are used to space said cut by gap to compensate for material removal in wall part cutting. Components formed in said cutting are separated at distance making at least width of removal material.
EFFECT: preservation of required internal size after cutting.
