FIELD: motor industry.
SUBSTANCE: shoe brake comprises a drum with a cylindrical working surface installed on a body as capable of rotation and a shoe interacting with it with a friction pad. The shoe with the friction pad is fixed on the satellite sector hingedly installed on the driving centrally arranged crank and entering into the inner engagement with the central support geared wheel. The support geared wheel is installed on the body as capable of rotation and is connected with the body by means of a spring.
EFFECT: possibility to excite friction self-excited oscillations and realisation of anti-blocking properties without use of a complex electronic antiblocking system.
