SUBSTANCE: device comprises N, where N≥2, selection blocks, N mask storage blocks, R, where R-N-1, blocks of wait queue generation, and provides for the possibility of parallel identification of several simultaneously implemented sessions of data exchange via a protocol due to matched functioning of split-level queues, every of which is designed for storage of wait criteria in an input flow of data of regular packets corresponding to this or that stage of implementation of a data exchange session, besides, searching for packets of appropriate types is carried out in parallel for all sessions of data exchange, and the necessary procedure of packets detection is provided by serial (stagewise) displacement of wait criteria between appropriate queues, which by implementation of a parallel-serial principle of data exchange sessions identification via a protocol provides for expansion of the device application field.

EFFECT: expansion of its application area due to parallel identification of several data exchange sessions via a protocol that are simultaneously implemented.
