FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: selective amplifier comprises input and output transistors. The output transistor base is connected to a source of auxiliary voltage, the emitter is connected to the second bus of a supply source, and the collector is connected to the device output and is connected with the first bus of the supply source. The emitter of the input transistor is connected with the first bus of the supply source, the base is connected with the source of additional voltage, and the collector is connected with the input of the additional current mirror, the collector input of which is connected to the source of additional voltage, and the emitter output is connected with the emitter of the output transistor and is connected to the source of input voltage. Besides, between the collector of the output and emitter of the input transistors there is a correcting capacitor and a frequency-setting resistor connected in series.
EFFECT: improved quality factor of an amplifier and its amplification ratio by voltage at quasi-resonance frequency f0.
