SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and particularly to making light concrete wall blocks. The concrete mixture contains the following, wt %: portland cement 25.0-29.0; ash-slag filler 45.0-47.0; crumbs of vulcanised polychloroprene rubber with particle size of up to 10 mm 1.0-1.5; sulphite-yeast wash 1.0-1.5; water 23.0-26.0.
EFFECT: high strength.
