SUBSTANCE: clayless loaded drilling mud includes the following, wt %: gelling agent xanthan biopolymer KK - "Robus" 0.3-0.5, reagent stabilising agent carboxymethylated starch 3-4, inhibitor - potassium chloride 4-5, pH regulator - sodium carbonate 0.5-0.7, bactericide alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride Katamin AB 0.03-0.05, anti-foaming agent Penta-461 on the base of organo-modified silicones and organic components 0.02-0.06, barite 30-70 or slag obtained at ferromolybdenum melting, 15-80 and water is the rest.
EFFECT: improvement of drilling mud properties via reduction of water loss, improvement of structural-rheological properties, increase of inhibiting properties, reduction of surface tension at the border line filtrate-oil, increase of resistance to high temperatures and high concentrations of formation salts that all together lead to maintenance of primary reservoir properties of production strata with abnormally high formation.
