FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: hydraulic calibrator contains casing with rock-destroying tool, insert with axial channels connected to the casing and rod with footstep. Insert has mixing chamber with tangent channels for flushing fluid located below the working face end of rock-destroying tool and tank for abrasive material with axial channels at the bottom closed by valves in original position connected to the rod, note that the rod is spring-loaded, it has T-shaped form in front plane and is mounted with the possibility of axial movement and closing the axial channel of the casing by transverse part of the rod. Insert axial channels can be formed by bushes going through the tank for abrasive material and connecting casing cavity to mixing chamber cavity. Tank for abrasive material can be equipped with hollow bushes that connect casing cavity to mixing chamber.

EFFECT: increase of calibrator operation efficiency.
