The working body of soil-cultivating cutter comprises knives and a main shaft with two carriers rigidly attached to it, between which in their holes three milling drums are movably mounted with knives rigidly mounted on them. At the ends of the milling drums on one of the carriers the satellites are rigidly mounted connected by the gear drive with the sun gear located on the main shaft and rigidly mounted to the gear case.

EFFECT: invention enables to mill the soil with lower power.
