FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: planting unit comprises a seed hopper with a slit and a valve with a solenoid mechanism to drive it to oscillating movement for dispensing seeds synchronously with the speed of the planting machine movement. The device is equipped with a plate with perforation to receive seeds downthrown by the valve and distribute them evenly in the gap between openings of the slit. The slit has a mechanism to drive it to oscillating movement from the valve in the form of a double-arm lever.
EFFECT: invention enables to provide a uniform distribution of seeds in the sowing row in providing seeding rates synchronously with the change in the speed of the planting machine.
