Proposed device consists of outlet chamber 1 and discharge chamber 3 communicated via converging pipe 2, pipeline 4 to communicate pipe 2 with discharge chamber 3, and sump 5. Note here that said sump 5 is communicated with converging piper 2 via pipeline 7 with bellow 8.
